Requirements to Join FAOP
Voting Member Fees - $150.00
Open to all Licensed Prosthetists, Orthotists and Prosthetists-Orthotists ONLY.
Voting members have the right to vote in the election of leadership and in proposals of change to the by-laws.
Non-Voting Member Fees - $100.00
Open to all Licensed Pedorthists, Orthotic Fitters, Orthotic Fitter Assistants and Technicians ONLY.
Non-Voting members hold all of the same rights and privileges of membership but are unable to cast a vote.
PLEASE NOTE: Memberships will NOT BE ACCEPTED after June 30, 2012. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
