PHOTO ID BADGES REQUIRED

Legislation enacted on January 1, 2009 requires licensed practitioners and Residents to wear an identification badge while treating patients. There is also a requirement that non-licensed support personnel must identify themselves with a badge as designed by the Board. These badges must comply with the statute and Board rules. These requirements went into effect January 1, 2009. Failure to adhere to these requirements exposes you to expensive fines and disciplinary action.
