REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event — Full Refund Minus $10 Processing Fee

  • Cancellation 7 to 30 days before the event — 75% Refund

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event — NO Refund


FAOP Members: Funds retained by FAOP can be used as a credit to a future FAOP Event within 1 year. This rule DOES NOT apply to NO SHOW/NO CALL to an event.

Which days are you available?

We are looking for speakers for our general education sessions! These sessions are for clinical education and are not manufacturer-specific. If you are a company wanting to host a workshop, please refer to the instructions in the Exhibitor registration portal.
