Effective July 1, 2025 - Fingerprinting Requirement, Florida Department of Health

The Renew My License option occurs 90 to 120 days before our Renewal Date: November 30, 2025.

Association members understand that if they do not manage the fingerprinting requirement before their Renewal Date, the Renewal Request will not be processed.

We recommend that you investigate this matter promptly to avoid complicating your renewal process by failing to meet this new requirement, which could result in the expiration of your license.

All professionals are required to retain their fingerprints for a period of 5 years. This cost is $43.25

The window to retain your fingerprints opens 75 days before our expiration date. If you do not keep your fingerprints on file, you will be required to provide them again.
